  • Do you deliver outside Moscow?
    Yes, we deliver to all cities within Russia. Delivery within Moscow is same-day, while delivery outside Moscow takes 2 to 7 days, depending on your location.
  • Why do I need to input my name in Russian Language?
    This is very important for deliveries outside Moscow city because the delivery services are Russian companies and will prefer your name to be in Russian alphabets for easy recording, processing and claiming of package when it arrives in your city
  • What is Index Code or Zip Code?
    This is also very important for deliveries outside Moscoopularly known as index code in Russia. The six digits code is crucial for delivery information because it ensures accuracy and efficiency in the shipping process. It pinpoints a specific geographic area, helping delivery services quickly identify the destination without relying solely on the street address only, which reduces error and makes you happy eventually when you go to claim your package.

  • Where will I pickup or claim my order for orders outside Moscow city?
    Orders are delivered to Russian Post or CDEK offices of the index code/zip code indicated, closest to your address, kindly go there with your passport to claim your package without worries.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, for deliveries outside Moscow city, once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link to follow the progress of your delivery.
    For deliveries within Moscow city, we will send you the update of your order status until you receive your order within 1-4hrs.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept payments via bank cards processed securely through T-kassa. Unfortunately, digital wallets are not supported at the moment.
